Vedigundu Murugesan is a romantic comedy movie. The Actor(Pasupathi), and Actress(Jyothirmayi) two contrasting characters find one thing common between them which later blooms into love.Pasupathy plays a small time thief, Murugesan, who he has a passion for literature. He comes into contact with a woman police officer, played by Jyothirmayi. While Murugesan is as lazy as one can get, the lady cop is a stickler for discipline.Though they are poles apart in their mental make-ups, a strong bond of friendship develops between them.
